 Comprehensive evaluation based on DSM-5 criteria for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Includes clinical history, symptom assessment, and treatment planning. 

Duration: 60 minutes 

Fee: $200.00 (or per insurance contract) 

 Ongoing psychiatric care focused on safe, evidence-based prescribing. Includes medication adjustments, side effect monitoring, and compliance documentation. 

Duration: 20 minutes

 Fee: $150 (or per insurance contract) 

 Includes urine drug screening (UDS), refill protocols, pharmacy designation, and documentation for audit-readiness. Available for patients prescribed stimulants, opioid antagonists, and select benzodiazepines. 

Note: Benzodiazepine prescribing is limited in this practice and subject to strict clinical criteria, monitoring frequency, and refill boundaries. 

Breaking Barriers LLC is a REMS-compliant facility and certified provider for Spravato treatment. We offer:

• Initial eligibility evaluations for treatment-resistant depression and MDD with acute suicidal ideation
• On-site administration of Spravato per FDA REMS protocol
• Two-hour post-dose monitoring, including vital signs and safety documentation
• Audit-ready compliance with REMS reporting and patient tracking requirements

All treatments are administered and monitored by a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner in accordance with FDA safety standards.

We provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatric support for individuals managing substance use disorders. Services include diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and ongoing monitoring for maintenance treatment. Available for eligible patients with opioid, stimulant, or alcohol use disorders. 

Note: Treatment plans are individualized and may include urine drug screening (UDS), pharmacy designation, and coordination with external counseling providers. Benzodiazepine prescribing is limited and not available for substance use treatment. 

We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine appointments for patients who are unable to attend in-person visits or prefer the convenience of virtual care. Telemedicine availability is determined at the discretion of the provider, based on clinical appropriateness, safety protocols, and treatment needs. We strive to accommodate patient preferences whenever possible while ensuring the highest standard of care. 

Breaking Barriers LLC is actively preparing to expand its psychiatric offerings to include ketamine-based treatment protocols for eligible patients. While ketamine services are not yet available, we are building the infrastructure to ensure safe, evidence-based administration aligned with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
